Shipping Policy
At Trophy Desires, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders are not processed, packed or dispatched on weekends or Western Australian public holidays.
- During product launches, sales and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. Trophy Desires is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before completing their order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
If your parcel is delayed:
- Check the tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- If you still require assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will assess your claim and provide an appropriate remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Authority to Leave
If you select or the carrier provides an Authority to Leave (ATL) option, Trophy Desires is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered.
If you would prefer a signature on delivery, please select that option at checkout (where available).
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item:
- Your entire order may be held until all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise stated.
- Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only and may change.
